What we collect
When you create a Glowup account we store your username, password (securely hashed) and the profile details you choose to add, such as your display name, bio, category, location, profile photo and links. We also store the posts, reels, stories, comments and messages you create.
Activity data
To rank your feed we record how you interact with posts — likes, saves, shares, comments, views, watch time, searches and follows. You can turn off personalised recommendations or clear this history at any time in Settings.
Payments
Wallet top-ups and Campaign Premium payments are processed by our payment partner. We store the order amount, status and reference IDs. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
Who can see your content
Public profiles and their posts can be seen by anyone on Glowup. Private profiles are visible only to approved followers. Direct messages, including photos and videos, are visible only to the two people in the conversation.
How we use your data
We use your data to run Glowup: show your profile, deliver messages, rank feeds, run the leaderboard and campaigns, prevent spam and abuse, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your posts and profile details, block or mute other users, and control personalised recommendations. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact us using the Contact / Grievance page.
